What is the cat yurt made of?
Our cat yurt is made from a durable eco-friendly craft felt. Sturdy enough to hold its structure but also soft to the touch.
What sizes are available?
The yurt is available in one standard size designed to comfortably fit most cats. The dimensions are 15 inches in diameter, 13 inches in height from top cone to the base of the yurt, while the door is 7 inches tall and 7 inches wide. Remember most cats like it snug!
Is the yurt easy to assemble?
The yurt comes 100% stitched and ready to go! All stitching is carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure your yurt is set.
What if my yurt was creased from shipping and handling?
To reduce shipping costs we fold the yurt inwards on itself. The creasing is usually minor, as the yurt isn't bending in the wrong structural places. It folds just like the back of a hat. Any creasing or dents along the fold line can be removed by ironing/steaming the yurts on a low heat setting. The fold line will also naturally fade over time.
What if my cat doesn't use it?
We all know how finicky cats can be. Even if you like the way our yurt looks, maybe your cat doesn't like anything about it. We have a 30 day return policy because we don't want you stuck with a yurt that your cat doesn't use. But please be patient, pull out all of your usual tricks, and give your cat time to make their final judgment.
How can I place an order?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most customers receive their yurt within 5-7 business days.

How do I clean the yurt?
You can vacuum or wipe when the fur build up becomes too much. The yurt is also machine washable with cold water.
